This trail race season isn’t over yet, but we’re really excited to share our 2022 race schedule with you now. There are a few changes next year; two events going on a hiatus and, hopefully, a new BIG one coming. Get out your calendars and mark these down.

You may notice that the NUT and Elk-Kings Trail Races are not on the 2022 calendar. We are putting these on hold in order to put on a new event that we think a lot of you are going to be very excited about. We’re not sharing much about it since we don’t have an approved permit yet. It’ll be big and hard and likely introduce you to some trails you’ve never run on. Speculate away, but we’re keeping this one under wraps a bit longer.
And on the topic of permits, all of our race dates are always tentative until we have an approved permit. Many have multi-year permits, but we do have to apply for others every year and that typically occurs in late Fall/early Winter. The races’ webpage are updated with the 2022 dates, except those that are still to occur this year.
Alright, let’s finish out this year. There are still spots in the NUT 50K & 17M (registration closes this Sunday), Elk-Kings Trail Races, Lastest Not Fastest, Fall Portland Trail Series, and drop-ins for Bend Trail Series. And the way the wait list is moving, there’s a chance you could still get into this year’s Mountain Lakes 100.
