We’re Hiring

We’re hiring and are looking for one or two people to be a part of the 2024 Go Beyond Racing season. This is a paid W-9, seasonal position – you’d be working race weekends and possibly a little more around some of the bigger events.

Race Operations
Attitude, Aptitude, and Skills Needed:

• Lifting and carrying heavy things makes you happy
• Able to operate on Trail Mix as your main fuel source
• Traveling to beautiful places for 2-4 days over a weekend works with your life/work schedule
• Ability to function without enough sleep
• Shopping at Costco delights you
• Driving on sometimes remote forest roads excites you more than scares you
• Moving porta-potties sounds like fun
• Good Tetris skills for loading trucks
• Driving a U-Haul only intimidates you a little bit
• Not embarrassed to cry at a finish line
• Artistic skills in case of late-night bib-making a bonus

Most importantly, you get immense joy from being a part of people achieving their dreams or at least accomplishing something they didn’t know they could.
