Trail Work: Forest Park

We are partnering with the Forest Park Conservancy again this year, and celebrating Earth Day, by hosting a trail work party.

We’ll be at Firelane 15. Parking is at trailhead at the top, along Skyline Blvd.

Work will involve:

• benching
• collecting rocks over 2” to fill a rootball hole
• brushing as the hinge moves upslope
• removing thumb size roots in new and old tread
• fern replanting from up slope to down slope
